As a follow up to an earlier news article ( WIOL Participants Named National Merit Semifinalists), WIOL participant Ryan Breseman (Inglemoor '08) has been named a National Merit Finalist. Finalists represent less than one-half of 1 percent of a state's graduating clas and will be considered for a National Merit Scholarship.
