WIOL 2008-09 Schedule

Before the season starts, train, take part in O' meets (see the Cascade OC web page for a regional schedule), recruit team mates, and stay healthy. See you in November!

Start times are from 10:00 AM until noon unless otherwise indicated. At WIOL meets, High School participants will have pre-assigned start times. Except as noted, all events are on Saturdays.

Events with will use manual punching. Events with will use electronic punching.

All WIOL participants must fill out a registration form (see information pages for details) before competing. The rules by which the League operates should be read by all participants. These rules have changed since last year! Please read them.
